PECULIARITIES OF APPLYING COACHING AS A TOOL FOR RAISING PERFORMANCE OF EDUCATION IN SOUTHERN-RUSSIAN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The practice of using the educational potential of undergraduates, in contemporary scholastic institutions, reflects the insufficient effectiveness of using knowledge as a necessary component of forming graduates’ professional human capital. On the one hand, students’ abilities are realized at a lower level than possible. On the other hand, the available educational potential is limited to performing certain training tasks in a framework with competencies that lead to a falling quality of education and consequently, to the decreasing competitiveness of a high school.References
